Your Mission: Your career with PwC is what you make it. As our new System Administrator, you will: Handle internal IT incidents and service requests efficiently to ensure minimal disruption to business operations. Log incidents through the service desk application, perform effective troubleshooting, and gather required information to manage, prioritize workload, and escalate issues as necessary. Support audio-visual technologies including projection and amplification systems in various environments. Install and administer server environments consistently maintaining best practices. Perform network analysis, monitoring, capacity management, and implement secure configurations. Plan and deploy technology upgrades, migrate platforms, and set up new infrastructure to keep systems current and effective. Assist in backup, recovery, and basic security procedures to protect organizational data and assets. Ensure Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are correctly defined and consistently met. Maintain technical documentation and operational procedures to support efficiency and compliance. Eligibility / Qualification Required:
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has a minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience in IT user support or systems administration.
- Demonstrates good knowledge of Windows Servers, Microsoft Azure, and Microsoft 365.
- Possesses strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Has a good understanding of networking concepts.
- Exhibits excellent communication skills, including proficiency in English.
- Maintains a professional and proactive attitude.
- Holds a Diploma in IT or a similar qualification.
- Brings a unique perspective and values collaboration.
