Eligibility / Qualification Required:

• University studies in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in data migration, data conversion, or system transformation programs (mandatory).
• Advanced SQL experience working directly with relational databases (mandatory).
• Hands-on experience with enterprise ETL tools (mandatory).
• Practical experience using Python for data transformation and validation (mandatory).

Mandatory Technical Skills:

• Databases & SQL Platforms:
  • At least one of the following: Oracle, DataBricks, PostgreSQL, Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery, Azure SQL
• SQL Capabilities:
  • Complex joins, CTEs, window functions
  • Data reconciliation queries
  • Performance optimization
  • Data quality validation scripts
• ETL / Data Integration Tools:
  • Informatica, Talend, Matillion, DBT, Azure Data Factory (ADF), SSIS or similar enterprise-grade ETL tools
• Python & Development Environments:
  • Python (Pandas, NumPy)
  • Jupyter Notebook / JupyterLab
  • VS Code
  • PyCharm
  • Anaconda environments
• Data Formats:
  • Flat files (CSV, fixed-width)
  • XML
  • JSON

Preferred Certifications:

• SQL or database certifications
• ETL tool certifications (Informatica, Talend, ADF, etc.)
• Snowflake SnowPro or cloud data platform certifications

Preferred Skills and Experience:

• Experience migrating data across ERP, CRM, finance, HR, supply chain, or other enterprise platforms.
• Strong understanding of data modeling concepts (relational, dimensional).
• Familiarity with cloud data platforms and modern data architectures.
• Experience working in large-scale, multi-phase migration programs.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to data integrity and reconciliation accuracy.
• Excellent communication skills and experience working in cross-functional and global teams.
