Memon Medical Institute Hospital is looking for a Head of Intensive Care Unit & Emergency. The role entails providing strategic leadership for both ICU and Emergency departments (24-hour operations), ensuring compliance with international clinical protocols and accreditation standards. Responsibilities also include monitoring quality indicators, patient safety metrics, and infection control, and mentoring and managing a multidisciplinary team of doctors, intensivists, and nursing staff.
Eligibility / Qualification Required:
- At least 5 years as Head of Department is mandatory.
- FCPS/FRCEM/MRCEM/Fellowship in Critical Care Medicine or Emergency Medicine.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and crisis management skills.
