Role Description/ Purpose: Technical Business analyst working in a team of analysts on digital asset delivery.

- Business Process Improvement: Gained certification or relevant training in this skill and applied the skill in more than 1 project that is aligned with the relevant experience areas (i.e Has evidenced experience in the production of future state processes).
- Non-Functional Requirement (NFR): Gained certification or relevant training in this skill and applied the skill in more than 1 project that is aligned with the relevant experience areas (i.e Has evidenced experience in documenting non-functional requirements).
- Developing User Stories: Gained certification or relevant training in this skill and applied the skill in more than 1 project that is aligned with the relevant experience areas (i.e Has evidenced experience in the production of user story documentation).
- Requirement Workshops (Nice To Have): Gained certification or relevant training in this skill and applied the skill in more than 1 project that is aligned with the relevant experience areas (i.e Has evidenced experience of running requirements gathering workshops with technology and business stakeholders).
Relevant Experience Areas:
- Fluent German and English language proficiency.
- 8+ years of relevant work experience in Business Analysis.
- Experience working with project teams building software assets in a technical business analyst capacity, gathering requirements, populating backlogs with well formed information, a good understanding of creating business cases, using process mapping tools, and producing high quality documentation.
Training/ Qualifications Required:
- Ideally BCS Diploma in Business Analysis, Workshop facilitation & ideation, Benefits analysis & definition, BCS or APMG Agile BA certification.
Preferred Communication Skills:
- Multiple, virtual meetings, written, high level of English proficiency.
