We are looking for a qualified accountant to be part of an established team of professionals within the Finance and Corporate Managed Services team which forms part of the Tax and Legal Line of Service. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Play a key role in updating company books and preparing statutory financial statements and periodic reports including management accounts
• Assist with accounting queries and be given the opportunity to work on accounting specific engagements
• Assist clients to ensure that the companies are compliant with all applicable legislation
• Act as a point of contact for clients, assist them with handling their company’s affairs, as well as liaising with auditors and other third parties when applicable.

• Be reading or be fully qualified in ACCA or a relevant Degree in Accountancy
• Be willing to continuously learn and develop new skills
• Be able to complete assigned tasks efficiently and within stipulated time frames
• Be able to work in a team environment to ensure that the organizational goals are met
• Have excellent English writing and verbal communication skills
• Be willing to work at client premises which may include traveling outside Malta
