The Opportunity: When you join PwC Acceleration Centers (ACs), you step into a pivotal role focused on actively supporting various Acceleration Center services, from Advisory to Assurance, Tax and Business Services. In our innovative hubs, you’ll engage in challenging projects and provide distinctive services to support client engagements through enhanced quality and innovation. You’ll also participate in dynamic and digitally enabled training that is designed to grow your technical and professional skills. As part of the IT Operations Support team you will provide critical application support and troubleshooting to maintain seamless operations. As a Senior Associate, you will leverage your technical knowledge to mentor team members, manage stakeholder expectations, and enhance client satisfaction, while navigating the complexities of IT systems and cloud infrastructure.
Eligibility / Qualification Required:
What You Must Have:
- 5 years of progressive experience in IT systems, with the last 3 working in Azure (DevOps or Cloud Ops) with hands-on approach
- Experience in application support
- SQL basic knowledge
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Advanced English
What Sets You Apart:
- Experience with Docker or Kubernetes
- Scripting (Powershell or Bash)
- Experience in infrastructure
